Our prices for the apartment are the same throughout the year and are as follows:-

£275 per week based on 2 adults
£320 per week based on 3 adults
£340 per week based on 4 adults

1st child under 12 is free.

We require £50 per week deposit with the balance paid 6 weeks before departure.

We do not charge a deposit for breakages as we fully understand accidents can happen. Small breakages will not be charged for but we ask clients and their children to kindly respect the apartment.

We ask people not to smoke in the apartment other than the balcony and terrace.

We will be pleased to help you find flights and car hire.

Please note insurance is not included and all travel/health insurance should be arranged by you.

Jon and Jan are based in El Cotillo (few minutes from the apartment) and greets all our clients. They will either meet you at the apartment or if you prefer, at the main supermarket into El Cotillo.
Jon and Jan are your point of contact throughout the holiday.
