Our prices for the apartment are the same throughout the year and are as follows:-

£275 per week based on 2 adults
£320 per week based on 3 adults
£340 per week based on 4 adults

Add £15 for Children under 12 (ie 2 adults 2 children £305.00)

We require £50 per week deposit with the balance paid 6 weeks before departure.

We do not charge a deposit for any breakages as we fully understand accidents can happen. Small breakages will not be charged for but we ask clients and their children to kindly respect the apartment.

We ask people not to smoke in the apartment other than the balcony and terrace.

We will be pleased to help you find flights and car hire.

Please note insurance is not included and travel insurance should be arranged by you.

Karen is based in El Cotillo (2 minutes from the apartment) and greets all clients. She will take you to the apartment and is your point of contact throughout the holiday.

She can also arrange a welcome pack which is paid direct.
